Edward Pauling's School Day

• 8.45 am - School opens 
• 8.55 am - Registration
• 10.30- 10.45 am - Morning Playtime (The children are provided with fruit.)
• 10.45-11.00- Story Time (KS1 children are provided with Milk and Fruit, KS2 children have the option to have any spare fruit or milk, KS2 children are also encouraged to bring in a healthy snack to eat after morning break.)
• 11.45-1.15 pm - Nursery and Reception Lunch time 
• 12.15-1.15 pm - KS1 and KS2 Lunch time
• 2.20pm – Nursery 30 hour school ends
• 3.15 pm – KS1 and KS2 School ends

The length of the school week is 32.5 hours.

Children should not arrive at school before our opening unless they are attending Breakfast Club or a morning activity club, as the school cannot accept legal responsibility for their supervision before this time.

Children should be collected from their classroom at the closing of the school day unless they have written permission to walk home.
