The Meaningful Work Programme

 

 

 

The Meaningful Work Programme is a scheme that has been set up in school to promote ownership and autonomy amongst our pupils, providing them the opportunity to manage and care for an area of their school.

By participating in the Meaningful Work Programme, pupils work to support their peers and members of staff by contributing to the wider school, showing that they are on board members of the Edward Pauling team.

 

Pupils’ jobs include:

  • Medical assistants
  • Classroom lunchtime assistants
  • Lunch hall assistants
  • Play Pod assistants
  • Library assistants
