During our trip to the Houses of Parliament, which is located in the centre of London, the section I enjoyed most was learning about the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The members of the House of Commons make the laws (known as bills) whereas the House of Lords decide whether to accept or decline the bill, enabling the former to refine it.

We went to the Houses of Parliament where it is located on the left bank of the Thames in Westminster (right next to Big Ben and across from the London Eye). My favourite part of the trip was looking inside the Houses of Parliament because there are lots of cool facts to learn about. The windows have stained glass that create pictures.
