We would like to remind all parents and carers that school will reopen from Wednesday 6th September this week. You may have read in the news of some schools that are affected by having reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) in buildings, so we would like to confirm that this is not present on our site.

Children in Years 1 - 6 will return on Wednesday 6th September, whilst Reception pupils begin school full time on Monday 11th September. Finally we look forward to welcoming our new Nursery pupils on Wednesday 13th September. 

We would ask all parents and carers to bring pupils on time as the Nursery morning session starts at 8:30am, with the gate being closed at 8:40am, whilst all other classroom doors open at 8:50am and are closed at 9am. Please consider walking or scooting/cycling to school rather than driving. If you do have to drive to school, please remember to behave in a considerate manner towards our neighbours. The school street remains in place from the roundabout to the main school gates on Redford Close for the safety of all.

All pupils will be entitled to a free school lunch from September so please take a look at the menu which can be found at https://www.edwardpauling.hounslow.sch.uk/school-lunches/  - we are a nut free school so please do not send any foods containing nuts into school. We also do not allow pupils to bring sweets or fizzy drinks, however your child is welcome to bring in a water bottle from home which can be refilled at school if needed.

We would ask parents and carers to label ALL items of clothing as well as book bags, lunchboxes and water bottles so they can be located easily.
