Emerald Class performed an EXCELLENT assembly all about the differences between Ancient Athens and Sparta!
Citrine Class dazzled us with an excellent assembly about India.
In Year 1 we have been learning about the first Olympics and the present Olympics. We visited Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park home to the 2012 Olympics. We took a guided tour on the 19th October where we saw both the Olympic and Paralympic rings and stood outside the huge velodrome where cycling took place.
Year 5 visited the Natural History Museum to start their research on a new topic which will begin after half term. We visited many exhibits to learn all about the wonderful and exciting topic, evolution and adaptation. We were surprised with some of the fascinating things we discovered.
