Today in our weekly Celebration Assembly, we celebrated attendance!

Congratulations to all of our pupils who had attendance over 97% but especially those who achieved 100% attendance in the Spring Term.

All our pupils who achieved 100% have now received their bronze 100% attendance badge which they may wear as part of their uniform, together with their certificate.

We also had the termly draw from those achieving 100% to see who won the voucher in Early Years and the bicycles in Years 1 and 2,  Years 3 and 4 and Years 5 and 6.

    The winners were:

  • Staff v Pupils Annual Football Match

    Wed 19 Jul 2023

Staff v Pupils Annual Football Match

Yesterday, the annual Staff v Pupil football match took place.  The game was pretty much tied, with both teams scoring 4 goals each.  In the end, it was the staff who were victorious this year, who won on penalties.

The Year 6 team all played with such enthusiasm and sportsmanship, and worked together thinking about how they could get the goals they needed.  All players should be very proud of themselves and we are sure that they will continue to represent their new schools at sporting events.

We look forward to the game next year!

  • Year 6 Production of Peter Pan

    Tue 18 Jul 2023

Year 6 Production of Peter Pan

Year 6 have worked incredibly hard since the May half term to put on a performance of Peter Pan. Each and every child took responsibility of learning the songs and their lines to ensure it ran smoothly. All characters performed to the best of their ability and their hard work most definitely paid off! Not to forget our wonderful behind the scenes crew, who not only organised themselves maturely but did not miss a single cue; they were consistently on time for the lights and sound as well as setting up the scenery for every change.

It is only fair to sing the praises of the children that sang a solo, which we know took great courage to do so in front of a large audience. But nonetheless, performing on a stage in front of the whole school and parents and carers was a huge thing for our pupils to do and we could not be prouder! Thank you for your support in providing costumes for your child and an extra special thank you to those who offered and lent out props or add ons, we really appreciate it.
